KLA Customer Service Voucher Terms and Conditions.

  1. The voucher is valid for the value shown only and can be used as part payment for travel on the KLA network; no change will be given for any unused value.

  2. To be eligible to use this voucher, you must:
    a. be 18 years old or over; and
    b. have received an email from the KLA Customer Services Team containing this offer, together with a QR or Alphanumeric code.
  3. This voucher is only valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher. If this voucher is entered into the KLA App as described in clause 4a below, the expiration date stated on the original voucher will remain the same.
  4. To redeem this voucher, you must either;
    a. Enter the 12-digit alphanumeric number into the KLA app and add it to your promo codes, and select it while using the pre-pay function within the App. If you use the voucher via the app, you will no longer be able to redeem the voucher in the car with the driver.
    b. You can get the driver to scan the QR code when completing your journey inside the car. This will discount the voucher total from the fare. The remaining balance, if any, can be paid either by cash or card to the driver.

  6. This voucher is for one-time use per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
  7. No cash or other alternative is available. The voucher is non-transferable.
  8. KLA will reasonably decide whether a customer has already redeemed this voucher, and KLA’s decision is final.
